All about me
My name is Ana Alvarado Ruiz. Originally from Costa Rica, I’ve called Canada home since 1998. I am a registered psychotherapist and certified psychedelic-assisted therapy practitioner based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
My therapy journey began with a deep curiosity about the human mind, our personalities, and how life experiences and cultural backgrounds shape who we are. I’m passionate about continuous learning and growth, always studying through books, seminars, and training to better support those I work with. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, personal development, or integrating powerful psychedelic or spiritual experiences, I’m here to help your path with care and intention.
Clients often describe me as intuitive, warm, and optimistic, and I consider it a true honour to hold space for meaningful healing and transformation.
